Settings ရဲ့ General ထဲမှာတော့ NLU status ကို Published ဖွင့်တာ Disabled ပိတ်တာတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှာပါ။

Auto reply ကို On ထားမယ်ဆိုရင် conversation မှာ CALL_FOR_ADMIN label တပ်သွားတဲ့အခါ NLU bot reply ပြန်နေတာကို ရပ်စေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ NLU bot ခေတ္တရပ်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် Human admin မှ စာဝင်ဖြေနေချိန် NLU နဲ့ မရှုပ်ထွေးစေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

NLU Threshold ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

NLU Threshold ကတော့ user ပို့လိုက်တဲ့ intent ကို detect မိတဲ့ confidence level အနည်းအများပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး NLU threshold % ချိန်ညှိထားနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ NLU bot က customer ဆီကို စာပြန်တဲ့အခါ threshold % ကျော်တာနဲ့ action ပြန်ပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Livechat conversation မှာ Intent တွေ action မပြန်ပဲ Action_Listen ပေါ်နေခဲ့ပါက Reset Tracker နှိပ်ဖို့လိုပါမယ်။

Import & Export

NLU training data တွေကို Excel format နဲ့ထည့်ပြီး upload လည်း တင်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
