Private Note အကြောင်း

မိမိ assign ယူထားတဲ့ conversation တစ်ခုအတွက် မှတ်သားလိုတဲ့ Private Note များအား save ထားနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး အခြား Agent များထံမှာလည်း ဝင်ကြည့်တဲ့အခါ conversation ထဲမှာ Note ရေးခဲ့တဲ့ အချိန်နဲ့ နေ့စွဲကိုပါ တစ်ပါတည်း မြင်နိုင်မှာပါ။

Note ထဲကနေ Agent တစ်ယောက်နဲ့ တစ်ယောက် “@” sign ကို သုံးပြီး Mention လှမ်းခေါ်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Note ကတော့ customer တွေဘက်မှာမြင်ရမှာမဟုတ်ပဲ Agent တွေဆီမှာပဲ သီးသန့် ပေါ်နေမှာပါ။
